If you receive a damaged product from Clomade:

At Clomade, every product you order goes through rigorous quality checks to guarantee accurate measurements and a flawless condition upon arrival. While it's uncommon to receive a damaged or defective item, occasional mishandling by our courier partners during transit might lead to such situations. Should you encounter a product that doesn't meet your expectations due to damage, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Quickly notify us within 24 hours with a video or pictures showing the damage. Email us at support@clomade.com.
  2. Our team will check your claim and reply within 24 hours.
  3. If approved, we'll organize a free pickup of the damaged item within 24 hours.
  4. After picking up the damaged product, we'll send you a replacement.
